The Blue Moon has recently undergone major renovations and is looking great.  The owners have selected beautiful tiles for all of the flooring surfaces, hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms.  White linens and bedding keep the room crisp and clean looking.  In a king room for two, there were 4 large bath towels and 4 hand towels provided.  They provide the basic shower gels, lotions and shampoos.  As an added touch, there is also a small collection containing a toothbrush, paste, a few "hangover" cure pills and some red eye treatment.  A fun selection, obviously there some amount of looking pretty after a big night out in "Sin City"!

 The resort is located between I-15 (the N/S highway) and the strip at Sahara.  In our experience of two different cab companies, neither knew where the

Blue Moon was located so you might want to know where you are headed.  If you're coming from the airport, it's about a 10 minute trip.  Our directions of

"I-15 and Sahara" were sufficient, and just before exiting the highway you'll spot the resort on the right.  It's then the first right off of Sahara which is Highland Drive and then over 1 block to Westwood. 

Arriving at the property, the lobby is just inside the door on the end of the building near the Westwood Drive.  Heading down the long hallway from the receiption desk, you'll pass an room that has a couple of TV's and a flat screen computer that is available for use with the complementary WiFi that is throughout the property.  You'll find elevators mid-way down the long hall and a sanua/steam room at the far end.  Just before you get to the steam room is a curtained off doorway which is the video room.  Inside this darkened room are two TV's showing the typicaly male porn. 

Exporing a bit futher outside, you'll find a beautiful pool and hot tub area.  The hot tub is "groto" like, installed for maximum privacy from the next door neighbors under a landscaped cover complete with waterfall.  Next to the pool is a large outdoor BBQ area and a pathway that continues to the back of the property and to an entrance near the sauna.
