The Asian-inspired Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center is located on Deck Six with additional treatment rooms on Deck Five - and no surprise, the largest of it kind at sea. It encompasses various amenities that cater to complete body wellness. The new Vitality at Sea Spa includes a Thermal Suite, featuring heated tile loungers, saunas and steam rooms; three couples massage suites and seven individual treatment rooms- -the largest collection at sea. Kids and teen passengers also will find their own dedicated Spa in which to enjoy specially catered services.
Fitness Center offers travelers the largest, most varied and cutting-edge selection of cardio and resistance equipment at sea, including gravity trainers; stationary bikes whose virtual monitors mimic more than thirty riding environments; and the Omega Kinesis Wall, a panel of grips, cables and weights that together enable hundreds of circuit-training exercises. Guests can also join group classes that include kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, spinning, and no-impact, full-body Kinesis group workouts.
Whether after a satisfying workout or a soothing spa session, the Vitality Cafe, located at the entrance of the Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center, features healthy snacks, sandwiches, wraps and fruit, in addition to refreshing juices and smoothies from the Vitality spa menu for the calorie conscious guest. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
