The Pool and Sports Zone stretches from the adult-only Solarium at the front of the ship to the two Flow Riders aft on Decks Fifteen and Sixteen. In between you'll find an ample playground of pools, whirlpools, sunning decks, bars, a basketball court, and even a miniature golf course.
At the front of the ship is the open air, two level adult-only Solarium. Seating is designed on various "islands" surrounded by water. The Solarium Bistro offers casual and healthy fare during the day and transforms into a romantic and intimate setting for specialty dining and dancing under the stars at night. Flanking each side of the Solarium are two large, cantilevered whirlpools suspended 136 feet above the ocean. Behind these whirlpools and elevators is the Main Pool area with additional whirlpools. On the opposite side of Deck Fifteen, separated by the Central Park open area is the Beach Pool. This unique pool features beach loungers in the water on a sloped entrance. More whirlpools are near the Beach Pool. Both pool areas offer private cabanas with dedicated attendants.
Two additional pool areas are further toward the back of the ship, the Sports Pool and the H2O Zone. The more competitive will find fun at the Sports Pool where afternoon water team sports include basketball, badminton and water polo, while morning hours offer lap swimming. Across from the Sports Pool is the family oriented H2O Zone, with a colorful giant octopus with slides and water-spraying tentacles, surrounded by other water-spouting ocean creatures. Separate wading and current pools, plus a dedicated infant pool are set in this interactive aquatic playground with both adult and child size loungers.
At the rear of Deck Fifteen, the signature sports deck will feature not one but two FlowRiders (with the Wipeout Bar between them, as well as a Wipeout cafe serving burgers and dogs); a mini-golf course; dual rock-climbing walls (that extend up from the Boardwalk); a basketball/volleyball court; and a zip-line suspended 9 decks above the Boardwalk.
