Azamara Club Cruises has updated the menu at Aqualina, one of its onboard specialty restaurants. Featuring some of Italy’s most authentic dishes, guests will enjoy pastas made from scratch, traditional recipes, and delicious vegetarian dishes.
Aqualina’s new menu includes traditional Spaghetti Bolognese, classic Antipasti, hearty Fisherman’s Soup, Eggplant Parmesan, and a Rigatoni Pomodoro with fresh veggies. Aqualina’s famous desserts are still on the menu – sorrento lemon liqueur mousse, hazelnut chocolate soufflé and more.
Azamara has also introduced a vegan menu available at Discoveries, Prime C, and Aqualina. Appetizers include Vegetable Pakoras with Mint Chutney and Thai Green Papaya Salad with Tofu. Soup choices include Tomato and Roasted Bell Pepper Gazpacho with Carrot Foam and Almond and Artichoke Cream Soup with Chopped Chives and Frizzled Onions. Entrees include Moroccan Spiced Kebab with Almond Couscous Salad Mint and Lemon, Tempura Vegetable Tacos with Salsa and Avocado, and Cauliflower Steaks with Fries and Tomato.
On select cruises. Azamara’s chefs will visit local markets. S electing ingredients that showcase the local flavors and dishes, the chefs will create a distinctive culinary experience based on the destinations that Azamara visits.
The new vegan menu and Aqualina’s updated menu are now available on each of Azamara’s three ships – Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest, and Azamara Pursuit.
